Lower Back, Sciatic Nerve, Hips:

1. Stand straight as you can.

2. Place hands on hips, fingers to back and thumbs to front.

3. Do the Breathing & Thinking as you:

a. Stroke the hips one at a time, then both at once (Fig. 7)

b. Straddle tail bone with fingers and thumb on hand while you stroke the
hip with the other (Fig. 8)
