The Bio-Electric
Gentle Bounce-for-Health Technique

All of the following exercises are courtesy of Dr. West, Golden Seven Plus One
( an IAL, Publication)

These exercise techniques are a way of converting mechanical energy into electrical energy to help relieve pain and speed up the healing process.

This discovery makes the small trampoline THE MOST VALUABLE PIECE OF EXERCISE EQUIPMENT EVER DEVISED BY MAN. The one undisputed fact is "IT WORKS!"

All of the lymphatic exercises can be accomplished on this unit faster and easier then we have ever thought possible.

In Phase1: We will explain how this is done. Due to the effect this process has on the body, we recommend that all exercises begin with Phase 1. As your body passes through the magnetic currents going around the earth, it acts as an armature moving in a magnetic field. Your body actually turns in to an electrical generator. It converts mechanical energy into electrical energy going up and it also generates energy coming down. This works whether you are standing or sitting. It can be done alone or with someone helping you. If you are in a wheel chair, place your feet on the mat and let someone else do the bouncing. Your legs will act as an armature; and as energy is generated, use "Directed Thinking Technique" to accomplish what is almost impossible to believe.

Remember - Oxygen is the key to overcoming Pain, Loss of Energy, and Degenerative Disease. Exercise can truly save your life!

Phase I. Generate and do the "Directed Thinking Technique"

Phase II. Soft walk and gradually speed it up.

Phase III. Walker-Walk: swing arms and step lively, using the "BH" sound: inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale, exhale, exhale, (Repeat 1 or 2 minutes)

Phase IV. Soft jog and gradually speed it up.

Phase V. Exercise Variations:

1. Jumping Rope 6. Side Kick
2. Front Kick 7. Backwards jump rope
3. Front jump rope 8. Swim (any stroke)
4. Twist 9. Big arm circles
5. Back kick 10. Dance (make up your own)

Phase VI. Speed up jog to "15 second dash"

Phase VII. Aerobic Zone Exercise (Excellent physical condition required). To convert glucose into glycogen as stored energy in the body, we must exercise in the aerobic zone for a minimum of 12 consecutive minutes. To find the aerobic zone: take 220, minus your age, times 80%. This is your approximate aerobic zone heart rate. Keep arms and legs moving in various exercises to maintain this rate for a minimum of 12 minutes.

Phase VIII. Cool Down by doing the soft jog and then the soft walk until your heart rate and respiration is normal.
